Avocado Chocolate Shake

Avocado seems like a surprising milkshake ingredient, but this tastes as good as the real thing with way fewer calories and way fewer grams of saturated fat.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Avocado (whole Fruit, No Peel Or Seed)
- 12 oz Skim Milk
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Directions
Simply add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
