Avocado Protein Shake with Jillian's Whey Protein (chocolate) frozen strawberries, blueberries, Unsweetened Almond Breeze, & 2 ice cubes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Great Value Whole Frozen Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Avocado, Pureed
- 1 scoop Natural Whey Protein Shake
- 16 oz Ice Cubes
- 1/2 cup Light Vanilla Soymilk
- 1/8 cup Steel-cut Oatmeal
Directions
Mix all ingredients into blender, making sure to stir frequently in between because it's very thick. I use approximately 5 ice cubes. You can add anything else you'd like to this recipe; like ground flax seed, wheat germ, spinach, or carrots for extra fiber!
Also, if you prefer, you can use chocolate whey.
