Baked carrots

A nice change from a regular dish. Carrots coated in crumbled multi-grain crackers.
Ingredients
- 288 g Carrot (raw)
- 1 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup Organic Whole Wheat Grain Crackers
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
4 large carrots (approx 288 grams - just use carrots, don't worry about grams).
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
Cut carrots in half crosswise, then quarter lengthwise. Toss in oil. Crumble crackers in to a zip-top bag. Add carrots and shake to coat. Pour in a single layer into a greased cooking dish. Cover tightly and bake for 20-30 minutes.
