Banan-Walnut Muffin

Whole wheat flour, olive oil and pure honey with LSA mix.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups Specialty Flour Whole Wheat
- 2 tbsp 100% Pure Honey
- 3 large halves walnuts
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Banana-medium
- 16 g Lsa (linseed, Sunflower, Almond)
Directions
mix banana, olive oil and honey, then fold in all other ingredients. Place in pre-greased muffin pan and put in oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 8.
