Healthy oatmeal breakfast cookie
Ingredients
- 1 cup 8 Oz Almond Milk
- 4 large Egg White
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar - Golden Brown
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Quacker Oats
- 1/2 cup Almonds Slivered
- 1 Banana, large
- 1/2 cup Flax Seeds
Directions
Combine all ingredients except oats. Whisk until well-combined. Stir in oats until batter is stiff. Drop in 1-1/2 inch balls onto baking sheets prepared with cooking spray & press down to slightly flatten. Bake in 400 F oven (preheated) for 15 minutes.
