BANANA & BERRY BREAD

Ingredients
bananas:- 3 medium banana Bananas
- 1/3 serving Butter
- 1 serving Honey
- 0 serving 100% Orange Juice
- 3 serving Orange Zest
- 1/2 serving California Sliced Almonds
- 1 1/2 cups Wholemeal Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 cup Wheat Germ
- 1/2 cup Wpi
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 4 eggs 4 Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup Clover Honey
- 250 g Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Dried Fruit
Directions

1. Combine the flour, wheat germ, WPI, and cinnamon.
2. In a seperate bowl, combine mashed banana with orange rind, vanilla, egg whites, and honey.
3. Pour banana mix into flour mix and combine. Then fold in fruit.
4. Pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
5. Bake for 50mins at 175 degrees. Cover with foil half way through to stop over browning.
6. Remove from oven and let cool.
