Banana-Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1/2 cup Whipped Butter
- 3/4 cup Applesauce, Unsweetened
- 4 1/2 tbsp Local Raw Natural Honey Alpha Nj
- 5 tsp Light Brown Sugar
- 4 tsp Splenda
- 2 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 3 medium Banana
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 3/4 cups 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/8 cup Pillsbury Best All Purpose Unbleached Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 cups Plain Oatmeal (not Instant)
- 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Nestle Tollhouse Semi-Sweet Morsels

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and prune puree and beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Add the sugar, bananas, eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Gradually add the flour and baking soda. Stir in the oats and chocolate chips until incorporated.
Drop the dough using a tbsp measuring spoon onto a baking stone. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
