Banana Cranberry Butterscotch Bread

very moist banana bread with just the right hint of sweetness from butterscotch chips and dried cranberries make sure to use super ripe bananas for better flavor
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 8 tbsp Margarine
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 container Activia Yogurt- Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup fresh mashed banana
- 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/3 cup Butterscotch Baking Chips
Directions
prep: preheat oven to 350 degree
1. soften margarine
2. in mixing bowl, hand mix margarine, sugar and eggs until well blended
3. mix mashed bananas, vanilla extract, yogurt, salt, baking soda until well blended
4. mix in all purpose flour until moist
5. grease bottom of bread pan
6. bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
7. cool for 10 minutes before removing bread from pan
8. cool on wire rack before serving
