Banana Nut French Toast

Ingredients
- 2 slice Double Fiber Wheat Bread With Omega-3
- 2 Organic Brown Egg (white Only)
- 2 tbsp Organic Valley Fat Free Milk
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
- 1/2 medium Bananas
- 1 1/2 tbsp Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
- 3 second All Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil Non-stick Cooking Spray
Directions
Separate egg whites into a bowl. Beat in milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toast the bread, then dip both sides in egg mixture. Add slices to prepared skillet. Cook until slightly brown on both sides.
Remove slices from skillet and spread each with peanut butter. Top each slice of french toast with banana slices. Enjoy!
