Oatmeal with Banana and Walnuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup Steel-cut Oatmeal
- 1 cup walnuts
- 4 tbsp Natural Raw Wheat Germ
- 4 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 4 Banana, large
Directions
Boil 3 cups water. Add Oats to water, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 mins. Stir in Wheat Germ, Flaxseed Meal, mashed bananas, and chopped walnuts. Sprinkle with Nutmeg, if desired.
