Banana-Strawberry Protein Shake

Meal replacement shake with lots of protein and omega 3s.
Ingredients
- 1 medium Banana
- 1 cup Strawberries, Fresh
- 1 tbsp Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup All Natural Vanilla Low Fat Yogurt
- 1/2 cup 1% Lowfat Organic Milk - 1/2 Cup
- 2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 55 g Powerbar Protein Plus Chocolate
- 24 oz Ice Cubes
Directions
Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in your favorite glass. There should be a little extra to share with anyone else.
If the mixture is too thin, add a few more ice cubes and blend until smooth and thick.
