Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 tbsp Flax, Ground
- 3 packet Truvia Sweetener
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Organics Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Organic Fat Free Skim Milk
- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Bananas
- 1/4 cup Walnuts Chopped
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in a medium size bowl.
In small bowl, combine liquid ingredients and add to the dry, mix well.
Heat griddle or large skillet to medium heat. spray griddle.
Using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, cook on one side until bubbly, then flip and cook until done. Top with toasted walnuts.
