Banana Walnut Quinoa Cereal
Ingredients
- 1 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa
- 1 cup Applesauce No Sugar Added
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1 medium Bananas
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 8 oz Almond Milk, Vanilla Unsweetened
- 1 cup Bluberries, Fresh
- 1/2 cup Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
- 8 medium Strawberries
Directions
Cut Walnuts & Banana into small pieces. Add all ingredients to a rice cooker set for brown rice. If mix is too thick add more almond milk. Serve hot with a sliced strawberry on top for garnish.
