Bananna and Berry Smoothie

Bananna, mixed berries, yogurt, apple cider & walnut smoothie.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Pasteurized Apple Cider
- 1/2 cup Yogurt - Lite Vanilla
- 1 oz Walnuts
- 1 Banana-medium
- 1/2 cup Mixed Berries (frozen)
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender, in any order. Blend till mixed berries are properly blended and yogurt is properly mixed into drink. Add 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed if desired... check vitams and supplements for benefits of flax seed. Does make smoothie a little gritty though.
