Bariatric Tratment Center Meatloaf

Low fat high protein meatloaf recipe approved by the Bariatric Treatment Centers of America.
Ingredients
- 1 lb 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cup Wheat Bran
- 1/3 cup Skim Milk
- 1/3 cup Catsup
- 1/4 cup Egg Beaters
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
- 1/2 cup Minced Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup Tomato Paste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Shaped into 1 large loaf and place in a 9” x 12” baking dish.
4. Bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°.
5. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
