Basic Crust recipe (No flour)

Basic crust used for quiche. Second real attempt. Oct 3, 2010
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Dried Oatmeal
- 2 egg
- 32 g Whey Protien
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350F
2) Mix dry ingredients.
3) Add eggs to mix till it is a dough. Add any herbs and spices you want in your crust.
4) Lay out a sheet of parchment paper and spray with non cook spray.
5) Place dough on parchment and cover with similar parchment.
6) roll out to desired thickness.
7) Place parchment encased crust into pie pan and place a casserole or simialr dish in the middle to hold it down.
8) Bake in over for aprox 10 mins.
