Basic Green Smoothie

A sweet smoothie with the added goodness of greens!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Spinach, Raw
- 1 med Fuji Apple
- 1 medium Bananas
- 2 cups Purified Water
- 1 cup Ice
Directions
1. Wash the produce.
2. Add water into the blender.
3. Add spinach, apple, banana, and ice.
4. Blend until smoothe (preferrably in a high-power blender)
*If you can't use any of the above ingredients, the cool thing is that you can swap for ones that you like! Avocado is a good substitute for the banana and apples are a good substitute for grapes. Also, several leaves of romaine lettuce are good to swap out with the spinach.
