Absolutely Amazing BBQ Chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bbq Sauce - Rich & Sassy (original Recipe)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
- 1 tsp Distilled White Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chipotle Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Sweet Mesquite Rub
- 2 tsp Grill Mates Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp Onion Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper, Crushed
- 1/8 tsp Spices, Cajun Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Seasoned
- 1/8 cup Green Onions
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 32 oz Chicken Thigh,raw
Directions
1) Soak a Cedar Wood Plank in water for 1 hour.
2) Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
3) Place Wood Plank on grill, and spread a light coat of olive oil to prevent the plank from lighting on fire.
4) Place chicken on plank.
4) Cook for 35-45 minutes based on chicken thigh size.
