Beans and veggies sauted
Ingredients
- 2 cups Chick Peas/garbanzos
- 1 medium raw Green-bell Pepper
- 1 cup Onions
- 1 medium Zucchini (raw)
- 6 oz Broccoli Florets
- 1 tsp Original Essence
- 14 oz Ro-tel
Directions
Soak beans overnight to rehydrate. Cook according to package directions. Dice onion, pepper and zucchini and set aside. Combine all ingredients in nonstick skillet and cook until liguid is absorbed/evaporated. Serve.
