Slow Cooker Beef Stew from the Fix it and Forget it cook book
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Stew Beef
- 20 oz Mixed Vegetables-frozen
- 4 average potato
- 1 cup Onions
- 15 oz Stewed Tomatoes (can)
- 8 oz Traditional Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
- 1 tbsp Bay Leaf
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp Tabasco Pepper Sauce
Directions
1. Put meat on bottom of slow cooker. Layer frozen vegetables and potatoes over meat.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together in a large bowl and pour over other ingredients.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
