Becky's Pressure Cooker Beef Stew

Make this delicious beef stew in your pressure cooker in approximately 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 lb Beef Stew
- 12 oz Yukon Gold
- 1 oz Organic Mini-carrottes
- 3 3/5 oz Yellow Onion
- 1 packet Soup, Onion Mix, Dehydrated, Dry Form
- 5 cups Beef Stock
- 1 tbsp Unbleached All Purpose Flour
Directions
Peel and dice potatoes; peel and slice carrots; peel and dice onion.
Add stew beef to the heated pressure cooker and brown. Sprinkle flour over beef. Deglaze pot with beef broth and add package of onion soup mix.
Add potatoes, carrots and and onion.
Stir to combine
Seal and let pressure come up and cook at low pressure for approximately 30 minutes.
