One dish ground beef casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
- 1 medium raw Green-bell Pepper
- 1 cup Onions
- 15 oz Pinto Beans
- 15 oz Tomatoes, Petite Diced
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 6 oz Whole Wheat Penne Rigate
- 4 oz Medium Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Dice peppers and onion and saute with beef until brown and tender respectively. Rinse beans to remove all possible sodium. Combine all ingredients, mix well, top with cheese and bake in a 350 oven for about 30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
