Beef Pot Pie

Large family size beef pot pie.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Flank Steak
- 1 3/4 cups Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
- 1 3/4 cups Wylwood Blue Lake Cut Green Beans
- 1 3/4 cups Sliced Carrots
- 1 1/3 cups Sliced Potatoes
- 1 cup No Salt Sweet Peas
- 1/2 cup Canned Mushrooms
- 6 tbsp Mushroom Gravy Mix
- 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1 tsp Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend
- 2 Pie Crust, Deep Dish
Directions
Cut steak into strips and cook add all the veggies to the same pot and combine with gravy to form a filling. Let gravy be a little on the thick side.
Bake the bottom pie crust as directed on package (till brown).
Once finished add the filling into the baked crust (add almost all the filling there will be plenty of room with the second crust on top).
Flip the second crust over and remove the pie pan. Press edges down and remove all air from between filling and crust.
Bake on 400 for 15 minutes.
Cut and serve.
