Easy and great meal with little effort expended. Only thing you will need is time for it to cook.

Ingredients

Directions

Start with cooking the beef in a frying pan. Add water as needed to avoid browning the meat too much. Put on medium to medium low heat and cover until meat is cooked all the way through. The beef can be roast, stew cubes, or any kind of beef you care for. Even hamburger works.

After the meat is done, drain fluids. Add beef with beef broth into a pot. Bring to boil and then turn down to a low heat. A setting of 2 or 3 on most stove tops works best. Put lid on and let simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

By this point the beef should be nice and tender from cooking more in the broth. Add all your vegetables to pot and mix. Let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes more. Veggies should be cooked to your liking. Note: The amount of veggies can be modified to what you desire, this recipe is hard to mess up.

After this point, serve and enjoy.
