Beetroot Meatballs

A modern, healthier version of traditional Danish meatballs using only beef instead of a combo of veal/pork.
Ingredients
- 3 Beets, Raw
- 3 egg
- 1/3 cup Oats - Rolled
- 4 tbsp Flax, Ground
- 2 tbsp Garlic
- 5 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup brown rice
- 400 g Lean Beef Mince
Directions
Process it all in a foodprocessor. Form to meat balls and fry in butter or oil.
