This recipe was adapted from the True Blue Smoothie in Go Dairy Free: The Guide and Cookbook for Milk Allergies, Lactose Intolerance, and Casein-Free Living. This smoothie is light, but still keeps me going through an entire morning soccer game! Multiply this recipes for as many servings as you would like. For some extra vitamins, blend in spinach (fresh or frozen). You, and your family, won’t taste it one bit, and the deep color of the blueberries hides the green color.
