INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Organic Mixed Berries
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened
  • 1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and enjoy.
2 Top bowl with more sliced bananas and fresh berries and flaxseed if you wish.
3 TIP: In place of mixed berries, you can use almost any fruit.
