Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 200 g Lean Minced Steak
- 1 medium Red Onion (whole)
- 2 cloves Garlic Clove
- 150 mL red wine
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Red Chilly Pepper
- 1/2 cup kidney beans, canned
- 1 tbsp Re-fried Beans
- 1 tsp Red Chillie Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Yeast Extract
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
- 300 mL Beef Stock
Directions
Preperation: Roughly chop the onion and tomatoes, finely chop the garlic, coriander and chilli pepper.
Heat the oil in a heavy, non-stick pan and gently fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add the mince, stirring constantly to avoid sticking, until brown. Add all the other ingredients one by one, stirring constantly. Half cover with a lid and simmer for as long as you can wait for! (add more stock if it becomes dry).
