Best Veggie Sandwich - w/ French Bread

Higher calorie version of my traditional Best Veggie Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 slice French Stile Bread
- 1 med Avocado
- 1 cup Lettuce, Romaine
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1/3 medium Onion, Sweet
- 3 tbsp Light Honey Mustard Dressing
- 2 tbsp Sunflower Nuts
- 1/2 cup Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
- 2 tbsp Smart Balance Light
Directions
Preheat oven to low broil. Place each piece of bread on a cookie sheet. Spread 2 slices with mashed avocado, then cover with remaining ingredients. Broil 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Place halves together and serve.
