1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey (or coconut nectar), and vanilla.

2. Peel and halve the banana lengthwise; place onto a dessert dish. (Hint: For added intrigue, spritz banana halves with organic cooking spray and grill until caramelized!)

3. Top with the yogurt, raspberries, pistachios, and chocolate syrup.
