BEYOND THE SPA BREAKFAST SANDWICH

A delicious, healthy, quick-and-easy-to-make version of everyone's favorite fast-food breakfast. All of the "naughty" taste... but this sandwich is SOOO NICE!!
Ingredients
- 1 roll Multi-grain
- 1 Large Omega-3 Egg
- 1 slices Imported Light Swiss Cheese
- 2 slices Healthy Canadian Style Bacon
- 1 1/2 slices Avocado!
- 2 slice of Tomato
- 6 g Lettuce
- 1 tbsp Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Original Magic!
- 1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper Magic!
- 1 sec spray Olive Oil
Directions
Toast bread (there are two slices to each roll). Heat Bacon (it's pre-cooked, it just needs to be heated) in small skillet on low heat. Prepare egg as you like (I like mine poached, my husband likes his scrambled, in which case you would use the cooking spray for your skillet). Lay cheese slice on top of egg during last minute of cooking (Or in the case of poached egg, right after you remove it from the water).
Spread BOTH slices of bread with mayonnaise. On one, layer heated bacon and tomato slices; one the other, layer lettuce leaves and avocado slices. Sprinkle both sides with Spike Magic Original Magic! and Spike Magic Lemon Pepper Magic! Place cooked egg and cheese on the lettuce and avocado side... close it up... and BON APETIT!!
