Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb Ground Turkey - Extra Lean
- 200 g Red Onion
- 1 Whole Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder Generic
- 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 15 oz Black Beans, Canned
- 192 g Spinach, Raw
- 44 g Fresh Jalepeno Pepper
Directions
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Add the turkey, chopped onion, and diced bell pepper and simmer about 5 minutes until just cooked through.
Add the chili powder and cumin. Stir well. Add the beans and spinach and cook until just heated through. Season to taste.
