"Bird Food" (Nut & Seed Granola)

A variety of nuts and seeds star in this energy-dense granola. Gluten-free, oat-free, and oh-so-delicious with milk or sprinkled over yogurt!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Perky's Crunchy Rice
- 1 cup Slivered Raw Almonds
- 1 cup Seeds Sunflower
- 1 cup Unsweeted Flaked Coconut
- 1/2 cup Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cup Roasted Buckwheat (kasha)
- 1/3 cup Sesame Seeds, Toasted
- 1/3 cup Flax Seeds (whole)
- 1/4 cup Extra Light Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Agave Nectar Light
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir well to ensure all nuts and seeds are coated with oil and agave nectar. Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 12 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Allow to cool, and store in an airtight container.
