Black Bean Soup

Simple black bean soup recipe
Ingredients
- 30 oz Bush's Black Beans
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Fresh Pico De Gallo
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 cup Mexican Style Cheese
Directions
Mash 1 can (15 oz) of Bush's Seasoned Black Beans with a potato masher (or you can use a food processor). Pour both cans into a medium sized saucepan. Add chicken broth, pico de gallo, and chili powder to pot. Mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. If desired top with Mexican-style cheese & enjoy (recipe from the panel of Bush's black beans). One serving = 1 cup
