Black Bean Turkey Taco Chili

Southwest soup with ground turkey
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Black Beans - Canned
- 1 3/4 cups Corn, Sweet
- 16 oz Honeysuckle Ground Turkey
- 32 tbsp Picante Sauce
- 1/2 medium Onion, Sweet
- 3 tbsp Original Chilli Seasoning
- 3 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tsp McCormic Garlic Salt
Directions
Mix ground turkey, cumin, garlic salt, chilli seasoning, and onion (minced)in non-stick skillet. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently until turkey is brown.
Add salsa, drained and rinsed black beans, and drained corn. Sautee another 5-10 min until cooked through.
*Add cooked brown minute rice for more carbohydrates and fiber. Garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream.
