melt butter in skillet. in large bowl whisk eggs, salt and pepper until frothy. once pan is hot add eggs. using spatuala bring eggs to the center and tilt the pan so the uncooked eggs run to the sides. sprinkle ham and cheese on one side and cook unti desired. slide onto plate.
