Blazing Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Spicy buffalo nachos made healthy! :)
Ingredients
- 8 oz Chicken Breast
- 6 tbsp Spread
- 3 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 4 tbsp Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1/5 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Minced Onion
- 8 tbsp Diced Green Chilies
- 1/8 cup Spelt Flour
- 126 g Sharp Cheddar Sticks 2% Milk Reduced Fat
- 14 oz Black Beans, Canned
- 4 oz Jalapeno, Pickled
- 1/3 cup Bock Beer
- 12 Tostitos Hint Of Lime Tortilla Chips
- 4 cups Lettuce, Romaine
Directions
In a large skillet heat butter and garlic over medium. When butter is melted, add diced chicken breast and hot sauce. Add salt and cook chicken for approximately 10-12 minutes.
In a separate pan, saute onions. Add chilies, beer, and cheese. Cook until cheese melts and stir until smooth.
Drain beans and add jalapenos and 2 tbsp of jalapeno juice. Toss in a bowl and heat in microwave about 1 minute.
To assemble: Spread lettuce on a plate. Crush 3 chips over the lettuce. Add chicken, black beans, and cheese mixture. (Optional: top with sour cream).
