Ingredients:

1 7oz bag butter lettuce (or other prewashed bag of salad greens)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons brown rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt


Directions:

Place greens in a medium-sized bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss.

Makes 2 servings
