blue cheese muffins

yummy, cheesy and low calorie! Goes great with garden salad.
Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 1 cup Milk-1%
- 1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
- 1 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
- 2/5 cup White Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder Double Acting
- 2 oz Blue Cheese
Directions
1. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, milk and pepper together.
2. In a large bowl mix the flours and baking powder together.
3. Once fully stirred, add your egg mixture. Combine until smooth.
4. Crumble up your blue cheese and add to the batter.
5. Grease 6 muffin tins, divide batter evenly.
Note:
Blue cheese can be replaced with any other type of cheese.
