Blueberry Compote

This beats syrup from a bottle any day! You can use fresh or frozen blueberries.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 8 oz Water 3
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 6 tsp Splenda
Directions
Note: The water in this recipe is only 3 tablespoons; I'm not sure what will actually show up in the ingredients list. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and cook on medium heat, stirring frequently, until blueberries soften and cook down. Serve over your favorite pancakes or waffles or French toast. Not exactly sure of the prep and cooking times below.
