Blueberry Flax Fiber Muffins

Muffins made easy and healthy!
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup Skim Milk, Organic
- 2/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cup Organic Unbleached White Flour
- 1/2 cup Oatmeal, Dry
- 2 tbsp Organic Ground Golden Flax Seed
- 1/3 cup Agave Nectar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen Blueberries
Directions
You will need one medium bowl, and mixing utensil, measuring cups, and measuring spoons.
1. Pre-heat oven to 400.
2. Thaw blueberries using warm water and draining repeatedly to that they are as dry as possible. Set aside.
3. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
4. Pour into greased muffin tin, each about 3/4 of the way full.
5. Bake for 18-22 minutes, until golden.
