Blueberry Golden Breakfast Muffins

Fresh blueberries. Buttery golden muffins.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 2 cups Unbleached Flour
- 1 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Light (Soft)
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp Magic Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F.
Sift flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add the butter, milk, and 2 eggs and beat until well mixed. Add the cup of blueberries.
Pour mixture into lightly greased muffin pans lined with cupcake liners. Bake 15 mins. on 450F. Turn down the oven to 200F and bake 10 more mins.
Let cool on rack and serve.
