Blueberry Lemon Scones

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Sugars, Brown
- 1 tsp Granulated White Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Pure Lemon Extract
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Blueberries, Pint
- 1 1/2 cups Confectioners Sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. For the sugars, measure 1/4 cup brown sugar and dump into your 1/3 cup measuring cup. Fill the rest of the cup with white sugar. Mix this into the bowl.
2. In another bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon extract, egg and butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in blueberries.
3. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto a greased baking sheet. If you want smaller scones, make them about the size of rounded cookies.
4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.
5. Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm scones.
