This filling smoothie allows you to enjoy the benefits of refreshing, antioxidant-rich blueberries. The orange layer features sweet mango that brims with color and vitamins A and C.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Blend the blueberries, water and 2 tablespoons of honey together.
2. Blend the yogurt, 2 remaining tablespoons of honey, orange sections, mango and vanilla in a separate container.
3. Put the blueberry mixture on the bottom of two glasses and fill part way.
4. Pour the orange layer on top of the blueberry layer.
