Boboli 100% Whole Wheat 12" Thin Pizza Crust, L.E. Roselli's Pizza Sauce, fresh garlic, Wickles Hoagie & Sub Relish, garlic & Italian dry spices, Sargento Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese, Hormel Original Pepperoni slices, mushroom slices & Green Peppers strips (I like spicy food, hence all the relish, garlic & spices.)
Ingredients
- 1 shell 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
- 1 1/4 cups Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 Garlic Clove
- 1/2 tbsp Hoagie & Sub Sandwich Relish
- 2 oz Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 1/4 cups Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican Cheese
- 21 Pepperoni Slices
- 1/5 large Green Bell Pepper
Directions
Mix all spices & relish w/the pizza sauce then spread onto the crust. Arrange 3/4c shredded cheese, then top w/the pepperoni slices placing them evenly around the pizza. Arrange green pepper slices & mushrooms evenly around the pizza & top w/the remaining 1/4c cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes (or more depending on your desired 'doneness') at 450 degrees F. Allow to cool & cut into 6 slices.
