Bob's Mole Verde

An easy Green Mole for grilled chicken and fish.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Tomatillo Salsa Medium
- 1 packet Pepitas
- 1/2 cup Pepper, Serrano
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 3/4 oz Baby Spring Mix Organic
- 1 cup Free Range Chicken Broth, Low Sodium
Directions
Blend ingredients in blender then simmer for 10 minutes until heated. More stock can be added to thin mole if needed.
Pour over grilled chick or fish.
