Bob's Peach and Raspberry Whole Wheat Pizza

Diabetic Friendly Desert Pizza
Ingredients
- 4 oz 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
- 1 Peach [fresh]
- 1 oz Raspberries, Red, Raw
- 1 oz Coach Farms Low Fat Goat Cheese
- 1/8 cup California Walnut Halves And Pieces
- 3 oz Firm Silken Lite Tofu
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, Freshly Ground
- 2 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 tsp Stevia
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
Let Pizza Dough rise.
In a blender mix Lite Silken Tofu, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, two drops Boyajian Pure Orange Oil, and Almond Milk. Blend until smooth.
Roll out dough roll up sides to make a well.
Pour Tofu blend into the well.
Place Peach slices in a pinwheel pattern.
Place Raspberries between Peach slices.
Dot pie with Low fat Goat Cheese.
Sprinkle with Walnuts.
Bake until Crust is golden brown (5 to 10 minutes).
