Boiled Egg and Avocado Tartine

Enjoy avocados and whole eggs. And do so together -- they’re a dazzling duo.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 2 slice 7 Grain Sourdough Whole Wheat Bread
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1 tbsp organic lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

1 Toast the bread.
2 Cut each egg into 5 lengthwise slices; cut each avocado half into 5 lengthwise slices.
3 In alternating style, arrange the sliced eggs and avocado on each toast.
4 Sprinkle with the lemon juice. Add sea salt to taste.
