Bolognaise

Traditional Spaghetti Bolognaise sauce
Ingredients
- 400 g Beef (lean Minced)
- 1 slices Back Bacon
- 1 cup Onions
- 1 cloves Garlic Clove
- 1/2 cup Carrots
- 500 g Sieved Tomato Passata
- 1 glass Pinot Noir Wine
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 15 ml Cream (double)
Directions
Put oil in pan and heat.
Add onion and garlic and saute till soft but not coloured.
Add bacon and fry till crisp.
Add mince and brown off.
Add red wine and boil till alcohol evaporates.
Add Passata and boil for as long as possible. The longer the better.
Stir in the cream just before serving.
