BPs Tzatzike Light

A light, creamy Greek cucumber sauce. Great for dipping veggies or whole wheat Pita bread.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Greek Yogurt 2x Protein
- 1/2 cup English Cucumber
- 1 cloves Garlic Clove
- 0 oz Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Dill Seed
Directions
Place yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Dice cucumber into 1/8" pieces, add to Greek yogurt.
Mince 1 clove garlic, add to bowl.
Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon into bowl.
Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and dill to bowl.
Mix completely.
Wrap and let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for flavors to infuse.
Serve with vegetables, pita bread, chips, or any healthy snack.
